Intellectual property

The ConvertHub name, site design, page layout, and written content (guides, converter introductions, FAQs) are owned by ConvertHub or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or scrape substantial portions of our content or converter tables for republication elsewhere without permission. Conversion results themselves (plain numeric facts) are not something we claim ownership over — our editorial text and formatting are what is protected.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to convert.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape at abusive rates, or bypass security or rate limits.
• Do not use automated means to generate artificial ad impressions or clicks.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the file conversion pipeline.
• Do not use the site to process malware, exploit files, or content intended to attack other systems.

User content and file uploads

When you use PDF or Word tools, you retain all ownership rights in the file you upload ("user content"); we claim no ownership over it. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and convert the file, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law. We process your file solely to perform the requested conversion and delete it after conversion as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for data loss, corrupted uploads, or formatting changes introduced during conversion — keep your own backups of anything important before uploading.
