We read every message ourselves — there is no outsourced support desk behind this address. Typical response time is 1–3 business days; complex privacy or copyright requests may take a little longer while we verify details.
Email is the only way to reach us — we do not currently offer a phone line or live chat, and we will never ask you to call a number or install remote-access software to "verify" a tool problem. If you receive a message claiming to be ConvertHub support asking for that, it did not come from us.

Reporting a bug or conversion error
Bug reports are far faster to fix when we can reproduce the problem. Please include as much of the following as you can:
- The exact page URL where you saw the problem (for example the specific converter or tool page).
- What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
- For unit converters: the input value and the result you received, if it looked wrong.
- For PDF/Word tools: the file type and rough size (do not attach confidential documents to a support email — describe the layout issue instead, e.g. "table columns merged" or "images shifted").
- Your browser and device type, if the issue seems visual (e.g. layout looks broken on mobile).
Privacy requests
Because unit conversions run in your browser and file uploads are deleted after conversion, we hold very little personal data about visitors in the first place — mainly aggregate, cookie-light analytics events from Umami and standard advertising identifiers set by Google AdSense. If you would like to know what analytics data is associated with your visits, or want us to confirm deletion of any data we may hold, email us with the approximate date and page you visited and we will respond as required under applicable data protection law (including GDPR access and erasure requests for EU/UK visitors). Business and partnership inquiries
For advertising partnerships, content licensing, guest contributions, or media inquiries, email us with a short description of the proposal and a link to your organization. We review these less frequently than support email, so please allow extra time for a reply.
Before you write
- Unit math: check the formula and FAQ on the specific converter page first — most "wrong answer" reports turn out to be a US/imperial unit mismatch (gallons, cups) that the page already explains.
- PDF tools: max file size is 25 MB; scanned PDFs need OCR before PDF→Word, since our tool converts text-based documents, not images of text.
